ProGrade Trailers – Terms & Conditions

By completing this booking, you agree to:

1. You must have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a tow-ready vehicle.
2. A refundable security deposit will be held on your card at pickup.
3. You are responsible for all damage, flats, blowouts, lost items, and cleaning fees if the trailer is returned dirty.
4. Trailers returned late will be charged an additional full day.
5. You must load, secure, tow, and return the trailer safely and legally.
6. You accept all risks associated with towing the trailer.
7. You authorize ProGrade Trailers to charge your card for rental fees, damage, cleaning, late fees, or replacement costs.
